48 Hour Approval Period

Upon receipt of an instrument or item that we have shipped you, you have a 48-hour approval period. If the instrument or item does not meet your expectations, call and notify us within that time. Then ship the instrument back to The Guitar Studio, packed safely in the same shipping carton it was packed in when you received it. If the instrument or other item arrived damaged, please call us right away so that we can make arrangements with the shipping company, as we only ship insured as protection for you and us.

Sorry, you'll have pay the shipping cost to ship the instrument back to us if you are returning the item for a reason other than shipping damage.

Don’t forget to give the instrument time to acclimate to its new surroundings – and adjust to your playing style.
